Real Capture is a growing real estate media company providing photography, video, drone, floor plans and virtual staging to real estate agents across Melbourne.

We're looking for a confident and results-driven BDM to grow our network of real estate agents and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Cold calling and telemarketing to Real Estate agents

- Generating, qualifying and following up leads

- Visiting real estate offices and building relationships

- Presenting our services and arranging trial shoots

- Converting prospects into regular clients

- Managing and growing the sales pipeline

What We're Looking For

- Strong cold calling, telemarketing and sales skills

- Confident communicator with excellent follow-up skills

- Self-motivated,



persistent and target driven

- Previous sales or BDM experience

HIGHLY REGARDED: Experience in the Melbourne real estate industry OR an existing network of real estate agents and agencies.
