Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Brisbane, QLD, with sales area options across Australia and New Zealand, having a background in the Real Estate Industry is advantageous.
The Business Development
Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing and executing business strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market research, analysis of market trends, and contributing to marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Drive business growth: Expand VA4u's presence, particularly within the Real Estate and Marketing Industries, by promoting virtual staffing solutions.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities: Find and develop new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Focus on strategic relationships:
Go beyond traditional sales to build long-term, value-driven relationships with clients.
- Develop plans and forecast growth: Create development plans, forecast sales targets, and project growth.
- Help clients streamline operations: Assist clients in leveraging VA4U's outsourcing strategies to scale their operations.
