What You’ll Do

- Partner with stakeholders across Primary Connect DC, Store Delivery, Transport and PC+ operations to understand end-to-end business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions
- Lead process and requirements mapping,



driving standardisation of ways of working across the network
- Support system improvements that strengthen capability and compliance
- Manage projects with clear scope, timelines and risk mitigation, keeping milestones on track
- Identify and map change requirements, bringing stakeholders along on the journey
- Champion strong data governance and master data management practices, working closely with the Network Optimisation team on data analysis
- Improve carrier notification processes and support rate alignment for incremental network work

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in business analysis, with a solid grounding in process mapping and process improvement
- A track record of project management, with the ability to set scope, manage timelines and navigate change
- Comfort working through change management
- Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for smarter ways to standardise and streamline
- Strong ability to turn data insights into a clear actions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to bring stakeholders along and build trust across a diverse network of partners
- Supply chain experience is preferred
- The role requires being available to visit Distribution Centres
