About the role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the key objective of this role is to support company operations by maintaining office systems and supporting a diverse group of internal stakeholders in their day-to-day administrative duties.
Key responsibilities
Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information
Managing CEO diary, correspondence, travel bookings and expense claims
Ensuring all approved Company subscriptions are current
Ensuring all customer invoices are paid within trading terms
Coordinate special events and functions for the organisation
Perform reception duties. Being the initial point of contact for visitors and play an important part in setting a positive first impression
Representing the company in front of customers, visitors, and external stakeholders.
Motor Vehicle fleet management, including insurance and fuel cards
Candidate skills & requirements To be successful in this role:
Minimum five years office administrative experience
Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with accounting software (SAP)
Ability to undertake domestic travel from time to time
Valuable interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task
Discretion (security of confidential information)
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Must be an Australian Citizen and willing to obtain and maintain a security clearance
