We are seeking a reliable individual to join our team as Manager of our Butchers Shop in Sale VIC. In this position, you will play a vital role in our locally owned and operated butcher shop, and provide excellent customer service to our valued retail and wholesale customers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the shop, including display counters, equipment, and work areas
- Lead by example by providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and assisting customers in selecting the right cuts of meat.
- Ensure regular cleaning and maintenance tasks are upheld to high standards of hygiene and safety
- Be responsible for the management and fulfilment of wholesale orders
- Be responsible for the ordering and handling of quality products
- Collaborate on weekly specials, new products, marketing and new business initiatives
