About the Role

You will provide high-quality in-home support to our clients, assisting them to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Your responsibilities may include

- Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
- Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
- Social support and companionship
- Transport to appointments and community activities
- Supporting clients in line with individual care plans

What We’re Looking For

✔ Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support (preferred) ✔ Experience in aged care, disability, or community support

✔ Current driver’s licence & reliable vehicle

✔ Current Police Check (we reimburse if required)

✔ Current NDIS Workers Clearance

✔ Willingness to complete First Aid & CPR

✔ Most importantly: A kind, reliable, and compassionate nature
