Propvest Pty Ltd We are currently seeking a Carpenter to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work on a variety of residential and commercial construction projects, from structural framing to detailed finishing work.

responsibilities Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine materials, dimensions, and installation procedures. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber and other materials to construct frameworks, sub-floors, walls, roofing structures, and fittings Prepare layouts, order and select timbers and materials for construction projects Install fixtures such as window and door frames, external cladding, fascia panels, and roofing sheathing.

Assemble prefabricated components and ensure structures are aligned, level, and compliant with safety standards.



Use a variety of tools and machinery safely and efficiently to complete carpentry tasks Maintaining a safe and organised work environment, following health and safety procedures at all times. Qualification & experience Relevant Carpentry or similar trade qualification.

Qualified and proven experience (at least one year) as a Carpenter. Proficiency in using hand and power tools, with a strong understanding of carpentry and home maintenance techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans.

Valid driver’s license (essential) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Proficient in MS office and quick pick up on systems and applications. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and move materials as required.
