THE POSITION

- Stunning snowfield's location - Fun, supportive team and a lively atmosphere - Assist in the preparation, bulk cooking, and presentation of meals to a consistently high standard across a variety of group settings - Cater for large school groups, corporate functions, and general day-to-day guests - Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and allergen controls, especially when catering for children - Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation in line with HACCP and internal guidelines THE PERSON:




- Cert III in Commercial Cookery (essential) - Food Safety Supervisor certification (highly regarded) - Proven experience in bulk or high-volume cooking environments (service-ready and calm under pressure) - Strong understanding of allergen management and dietary needs, particularly in settings involving children - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with both junior and senior kitchen staff - Passionate about fresh food with an eye for quality and presentation - Ability to work nights, weekends & peak periods - Reliability, good vibes, and a strong work ethic THE BENEFITS:
