Lash & Brow Aesthetic is a premium lash and brow studio in Helensvale, and we're growing. We're looking for a Casual Lash and Brow Artist to join our tight-knit team — someone who takes real pride in their craft and treats every client like they're the only one on the bed.

This role starts at two days a week and builds to four as you settle in, with a review for permanent part-time at the 12-month mark. We're open Monday to Friday, 8:30am starts, with late nights Tuesday and Thursday until 7:30pm — you'll need to be available across these days, including at least one late night.

$35.56/hour + super (Hair and Beauty Industry Award, Level 2 casual, effective 1 July 2026), plus personal pay targets and team bonuses on top. Hands-on training under Corrin Pascoe, award-winning lash artist and academy trainer — no beauty experience required. A small,

What we're looking for

Technical skill we can teach. What we can't teach is reliability, warmth, and genuine care for the craft. If you show up, own your work, and build real relationships with clients, we want to hear from you. Prior beauty industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
