Located on Melbourne’s Southbank, Asado is a vibrant Argentinian restaurant inspired by the traditions of cooking over fire. Centred around our open parrilla grill, our menu celebrates premium Australian produce, bold South American flavours and the theatre of flame, all delivered in a lively, fast-paced dining environment.

Position Available

Casual Section Waiter – Restaurant Award Level 2

Monday–Friday: $33.85 per hour

Saturday: $40.62 per hour

Sunday: $40.62 per hour

Public Holidays: $67.70 per hour

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

- Managing your own section and delivering attentive, knowledgeable service
- Guiding guests through Asado’s menu and confidently making food and beverage recommendations
- Building rapport with guests and contributing to a memorable dining experience

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Section Waiter or in a similar role within a busy restaurant
- Robust understanding of sequence of service and confidence managing your own section
- Confidence making recommendations and explaining menu items to guests
- Ability to manage multiple tables and priorities during busy services
