What You’ll Do - The PSA acts as the primary link between the customer, Caterpillar, and WesTrac , ensuring accurate information flow, consistent documentation, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

- Focuses on strengthening preventative maintenance strategies, enhancing equipment effectiveness, and identifying opportunities to reduce overall operating costs.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of Caterpillar fleet - Conduct regular equipment inspections, ensuring safety and compliance - Provide warranty support and planned component change‑outs - Driving continuous improvement initiatives across customer operations - Support frontline maintenance teams with expert advice and minimal tool time Your Location Options Newman (Yandi) - Located 120 km north‑west of Newman in WA’s Pilbara region - Supporting a new CAT fleet in a high‑tech workshop - Roster: 8 days on/6 days off – 12 hr shifts - Short commute to camp accommodation Product Support Team (PSG) - Regions: Goldfields/Pilbara - FIFO from Perth - Rosters Available: 4 days on/3 off OR 8 days on/6 off OR 14 days on/7 off -12.5 hrs/day (incl. 30 min break)



- Approximately 60% advisory and 40% hands ‑ on tooling (subject to customer requirements) - Supporting customers with diagnostics, fault ‑ finding , and equipment optimisation.
