About The Role
Lead a passionate multidisciplinary team delivering assertive street outreach, case management, and health interventions to people experiencing substance use, homelessness, and complex health needs in Melbourne's CBD. This impactful leadership role combines service delivery, team development, and operational oversight to reduce harm and create meaningful outcomes for vulnerable communities.

Your Duties Include
- Facilitate the delivery or programs, in compliance with funding and ensuring coordinated and effective service delivery
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to site management including operational after hour support
- Coach and assist the team to achieve their goals, leading and helping to identify and solve problems

Our Ideal Candidate
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Extensive management leadership experience working in community or public health with marginalised populations
- Demonstrated skills and experience developing and leading team and organisational culture and delivering to performance objectives
- Demonstrated success at leading, supervising and coaching staff to deliver high quality care outcomes
