Key responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking consistent, quality meals
- Menu planning and daily specials
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and presentation standards
- Managing food prep and service efficiently
- Monitoring stock and helping minimise waste
- Working closely with the hotel team to provide a positive experience for customers
About you
- Previous commercial kitchen experience
- Can work confidently during busy services
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Takes pride in the quality and presentation of food
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Brings a positive attitude to the team
- Current Australian work rights
