About us

Kvell is a B2B marketing agency operating since 2015, serving professional services, engineering, finance and consulting clients in Australia and the UK. FloScale is our software platform, built out of a decade of agency delivery. It gives businesses, enterprises and white label agency partners a single self service system for prospect discovery, data enrichment, multichannel conversations across email, SMS, voice and social, AI assisted content production and campaign performance monitoring.

The platform is fully developed and ready to scale. Our ambition now is scale and depth: to make FloScale the premier B2B marketing platform internationally.

The role

You will own technical direction and lead development. This is an architect and systems role with hands on involvement, rather than a pure management post.

Responsibilities

- Own the technical roadmap, architecture and delivery cadence
- Design and run an AI native development environment covering design, coding, evaluation, testing and deployment
- Build and maintain agent workflows, context structures, specification standards, linting and automated quality checks so that AI accelerated development stays reliable at scale
- Ship meaningful code yourself on high leverage work
- Guide contractors and future engineering hires
- Ensure security, reliability, multi tenancy integrity and cost efficiency as we scale internationally

What you need

- Deep,



practical mastery of Claude Code and other AI coding environments, including agent design, context management and automated evaluation
- Demonstrated ability to build a development setting that makes AI genuinely productive rather than superficially fast
- Strong background in modern web and software as a service architecture: serverless deployment, relational databases at scale, background job orchestration and API design
- Experience with multi tenant software, third party integrations and subscription billing infrastructure
- Product sense and commercial judgement. You will be shaping what gets built, not just how
- Founder mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and with owning outcomes

Nice to have

- Prior chief technology officer, technical co-founder or lead engineer experience in an early stage software business
- Exposure to marketing technology, sales technology or data enrichment pipelines
