If this sounds like something you’d enjoy, we have an excellent opportunity for someone to join our Perth office as a Claims & Injury Management Specialist in our People Solutions team.

What will you be doing?

- Supporting national and state-based clients with claims consulting, Return to Work and injury management
- Partnering with clients to offer effective outsourced Return to Work support services, advice and technical expertise
- Act as a subject matter expert for workers compensation and injury management for Lockton associates and our strategic partners
- Managing a portfolio of workers compensation clients
- Actively working with internal and external stakeholders on growth opportunities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Drive, passion and a desire to make a difference
- To be able to think creatively and challenge the status quo
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

You will need the following experience and qualifications:

- At least 5 years of technical and/or Allied Health experience in workers compensation
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel for reporting
