About the Role

This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring the presentation, cleanliness and hygiene of the facility throughout operational hours. You will take pride in maintaining high standards across common areas, amenities, entrances and high-traffic spaces while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Cleaning & Presentation

- Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented environment throughout the facility.
- Carry out routine cleaning and housekeeping duties across a range of internal and shared spaces.
- Monitor presentation standards and respond proactively to cleanliness and maintenance issues.
- Undertake general cleaning, spot cleaning and presentation-related tasks as required.
- Contribute to a positive experience for staff, visitors and customers.

Amenities & Workplace Upkeep

- Clean and maintain bathroom, kitchen and shared amenity areas.
- Replenish consumables and supplies to ensure facilities remain fully stocked and operational.
- Conduct routine inspections and address cleanliness issues promptly.
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards or damaged equipment as required.
- Support the overall presentation and functionality of workplace facilities.

Common Areas & High-Traffic Spaces

- Maintain entrances, reception areas, corridors, walkways and common spaces to a high standard.
- Remove litter, dust and debris from internal and external areas as required.




- Clean visible surfaces, touchpoints and high-use areas.
- Respond promptly to spills, hazards and presentation issues.
- Ensure all areas remain clean, safe and accessible.

General Cleaning & Support Duties

- Empty rubbish and recycling bins and manage waste disposal requirements.
- Dust, wipe and clean furniture, fixtures, fittings and other surfaces.
- Sweep, vacuum and mop floors across a variety of areas.
- Assist with ad hoc cleaning, housekeeping and facilities-related tasks.
- Follow workplace procedures and contribute to a safe and efficient working environment.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, facilities support or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to presentation standards.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and work safely at all times.
- Professional and courteous approach when interacting with staff, visitors and customers.
- Understanding of Workplace Health & Safety requirements and safe chemical handling practices.
