We are looking for Comfort Curators to join our Rundle St. Adelaide. This is a role, created deliberately with a different title and a different purpose.

A few years on, we're an omni channel homewares and lifestyle brand across Australia and the US, and we've built the brand that proves it: helping people create a home that feels completely theirs, without compromise.

The Role A Comfort Curator is not just a salesperson. The title is intentional. Curation means selecting with care, understanding what belongs in someone's world, and helping them see it too. That is what you do every time a customer walks through the door.

Day to day, you will be:

- Welcoming customers in a way that makes them feel expected, not processed
- Asking questions that go beyond the transaction to understand how people actually live
- Making thoughtful, genuine product recommendations based on real listening
- Introducing complementary products naturally as part of the conversation
- Taking pride in store presentation, visual standards and product placement
- Managing stock, inventory and systems with care and accuracy
- Staying informed, showing up prepared and contributing to the team around you





This role is an opportunity to do retail differently. The right person will see it as the beginning of something.

Who We're Looking For

You are someone who finds customer conversations genuinely energising. You are curious about people and curious about interiors. You do not need to be an expert. You need to be genuinely interested.

You will be the right fit if you:

- Have experience in a customer facing environment, retail, hospitality or similar
- Hold yourself to a high standard without being told to
- Find real satisfaction in helping someone discover something they did not know they needed
- Feel at home talking about interiors, homewares and the details that make a space feel personal
- Are open to feedback and genuinely invested in growing over time
