We are currently looking for lawyers with solid commercial experience to work in-house within client teams on a range of interim fill roles to cover client teams through to the end of the year.

In particular, we are looking for lawyers, in Melbourne with experience in

- Manufacturing
- FMCG
- IT
- Financial Services

We're looking for individuals who can demonstrate all of the following

- Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background
- Quality private practice firm or equivalent in-house/secondment experience
- Flexible, communicative and adaptable
- Enthusiastic about embracing recent work cultures
- Robust enough to negotiate alongside commercial colleagues
- Rapidly develop close, trusting relationships

Candidate profile

- At least a Senior Associate level equivalent (must comfortable working with relative autonomy and leading on general procurement matters, sales agreements, services agreements, etc)
- Solid experience in private practice and in-house exposure preferred
- The ability to take on an independent workload




- An ability to work flexibly
- An ability to manage multiple stakeholders
