National Care Group is recruiting an experienced Service Manager for Affinity Supporting People – North, Burnley, to lead multi-site operations and deliver person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, solid leadership, and the ability to develop and review support plans, manage risk, and ensure compliance with health and safety and safeguarding frameworks.
