REI Super is looking for a capable and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our growing Governance, Risk and Compliance team.
Reporting to the Senior Compliance Manager, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build or further develop a career in compliance within a regulated financial services environment. You will gain exposure across obligations management, complaints, regulatory change, compliance reporting and GRC systems while working alongside experienced risk and compliance professionals.
Key areas of responsibility include:
As Compliance Analyst, you will support the operation of the fund's compliance framework through a broad range of activities including:
- Maintaining and updating compliance obligations registers.
- Supporting compliance monitoring, attestations and assurance activities.
- Analysing regulatory obligations and supporting impact assessments.
- Administering incident and breach management workflows.
- Supporting complaints governance, reporting and root cause analysis.
- Tracking regulatory change and implementation actions.
- Providing administration and support for the GRC platform.
- Preparing compliance reporting, dashboards and action registers.
- Assisting with audits, reviews and regulatory information requests.
Skills and Experience You will be organised, analytical and eager to learn, with a strong eye for detail.
We are interested in candidates who have:
- Experience in compliance, risk, complaints management, legal operations or another governance or control function.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience working with registers, workflow systems or reporting tools.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- A collaborative and service-focused mindset.
- Relevant tertiary studies or skilled qualifications (desirable).
Remuneration will be paid commensurate with skills and experience.
