Role Description The Construction Site Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Brisbane Area. This role oversees day-to-day site operations, including coordinating trades and subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The Construction Site

Manager will manage construction schedules, supervise in office personnel, enforce safety and quality standards, and liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans and specifications, tracking costs, reporting site performance,



resolving on-site issues, and supporting continuous improvement in construction processes.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Site Management and Construction Site Management, including supervision of teams and coordination of subcontractors.
- Proficiency in Planning and scheduling to manage timelines, resources, and project milestones effectively.
- Experience with Cost Control and Budgeting to monitor expenses, maintain financial discipline, and support project profitability.
- Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations, with a commitment to safe work practices.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems on site, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Practical experience as a Site Manager/Supervisor and or Highly Skilled Carpenter are essential to the role.
- Experience managing residential or commercial construction projects in Qld/NSW is essential.
