Role Description The Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Adelaide, SA. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging digital and print content that promotes KC Resources & Services’ products and installation services. Day-to-day tasks include developing visual and written content for the website, social media channels, marketing campaigns, and customer information materials, as well as capturing and editing photos or short videos of installations and projects.

The Content

Creator collaborates with operations and sales teams to translate technical information into clear, accessible content, maintains a consistent brand voice, and monitors content performance to suggest improvements.



The role also involves scheduling posts, updating product information, and ensuring all content is accurate, inclusive, and aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and execute content concepts for websites, social media, and marketing materials, including basic copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience with content planning and scheduling tools, and familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Skills in basic photography and video capture, with the ability to edit images or short clips using common editing software.
- Robust attention to detail, with the ability to present technical or product information in clear, user-friendly language.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with operations, sales, and management teams.
- Comfort working on-site around installation activities and willingness to occasionally visit customer locations or project sites for content creation.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple content projects and deadlines.
- Previous experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field is beneficial; exposure to agricultural, rural, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in communications, media, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
