About the Role

Approva is seeking a driven Contracted Relationship Manager (Sales Rep) to join our growing team. This is a contracted sales position focused on both B2B and direct-to-customer sales across mortgage broking, commercial lending, asset finance, and property buyers agency services.

You will work an existing database of prospects, building relationships and converting opportunities under the guidance of young industry leaders Thomas Coleman Booth and Jayden Sortwell.

This is an excellent pathway for the right person to become a licensed mortgage broker under a trusted brand, while working alongside a young, dynamic team based in Sydney’s CBD.

Compensation

- OTE Year 1: $100,000 AUD (Uncapped Commission)
- OTE Year 2: $250,000 AUD (Uncapped Commission)

This is a fully commission-based role. Earnings are 100% reliant on business outcomes.

Education Requirements

- Must undertake Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
- Must commence Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking within the first year

The Right Candidate We are looking for someone with:
- A self-employed mindset
- An entrepreneurial background or mentality
- Finance or real estate experience (highly regarded)
- OR a strong willingness to learn from the ground up, with the resilience to invest months before seeing consistent results
- Financial stability and the ability to support themselves during the initial start-up phase

This is a contracted role suited to someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and building something of their own within a supportive brand structure.
