About the role

Iconic Construction Industries is seeking a highly motivated, well organised, detailed-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our Brisbane team. This full-time role will be responsible for contracts administration of our Brisbane based projects answering to the project manager. Ideally we are looking for someone who has apartment construction experience and is looking for flexibility in their working arrangement.

What you’ll be doing

· Assist with tendering and submissions

· Procurement, trade sign up,

· Administering variations, EOT’s and claims

· Monthly cost reporting, forecasting and cashflow

· Head contract administration and client reporting

· Maintaining accurate project financials and documentation

What we are looking for

· Understanding of procurement, contracts and cost management

· Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work autonomously and within a team

· A trade or site background is a bonus, but not essential

· Looking to move from the residential sector to commercial

· Must permanent working rights in Australia
