About the role

Thomas Adams Solicitors' are seeking an experienced conveyancing clerk to join our legal practice in St Marys NSW. This is a preferably full-time role that will see you playing a key part in our property law team, providing expert guidance and support to our valued clients throughout conveyancing transactions.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting clients with all aspects of property transactions, including contract preparation, title searches, settlement procedures and post-completion matters
- Liaising with external stakeholders such as real estate agents, lenders and government authorities
- Managing an organized and efficient workload to meet tight deadlines
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients

What we're looking for

- conveyancing clerk in NSW with experience in property law and conveyancing for preferably a full time role (may consider part time)
- knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation and PEXA processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain in writing and verbally, complex legal matters in clear,



client-friendly language
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize a varied workload
