Aesthetic Doctors Australia is a leading cosmetic medical clinic known for safe, ethical, and innovative non-surgical treatments. Our philosophy is to make patients feel relaxed from the moment they walk in, and confident, rejuvenated versions of themselves when they leave. From October 2026 we'll be operating from our current Kew clinic, and we're seeking an experienced and passionate Cosmetic Nurse to join our growing team.

Position Summary

This is a part-time role for a confident, proactive, and intelligent nurse injector with a minimum of 3 years experience in cosmetic injectables and skin treatments. The ideal candidate delivers exceptional clinical outcomes and is equally enthusiastic about patient education, modern aesthetic treatments, and contributing to the growth of our brand. This role includes appearing in and creating educational social media content on an ongoing basis and representing the clinic professionally online.

The role is 24 hours per week across 3 or 4 days. The roster will be planned 1 month in advance and for the right candidate there is the potential to make it a full time role who can grow within the clinic.

Remuneration

Base hourly rate of $45 to $55 depending on experience, plus potential 7 to 10% commission on all treatments and skincare you generate so you're rewarded directly for the results you deliver. The full structure is discussed at interview.

Hours & Growth Path

24 hours per week across 3–4 days to start with. The role begins with a 8 weeks probationary period. For the right person who exceeds expectations during this time,



there is a clear path to increased hours, greater responsibility, and potential progression to full-time as the clinic grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform cosmetic consultations and injectable treatments independently, including anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers.
- Perform skin procedures including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, PRF microneedling, and XERF skin-tightening treatment.
- Develop personalised treatment plans and educate patients on their treatment, skincare, and post-care instructions.
- Lead confident consultations and convert them into tailored treatment plans.
- Create educational content for social media (videos, before/after discussions, treatment explanations) and appear on camera as an ongoing part of the role.
- Continuously learn new technologies, products, and techniques in the aesthetic field.
- Assist the doctor during advanced injectable procedures and complication management, including ultrasound-guided practice.
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and uphold the highest standards of safety, ethics, and patient care.
- Contribute ideas that improve patient experience, clinical operations, and services.
- Support the team to ensure a seamless patient journey.

We're looking for someone who:

- Is an AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse or doctor with a minimum of 3 years experience in cosmetic injectable treatments.
- Is confident consulting, treating, and working independently.
- Has excellent knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment.
- Has experience performing advanced skin treatments such as peels and microneedling.
- Can take blood independently.
- Builds strong relationships with patients through warmth, professionalism, and excellent communication.
- Enjoys educating patients and is comfortable appearing in social media content.
- Is proactive, motivated, and committed to continuous professional development.
