Creative Content Designer & Producer

Part time · Hybrid · Dandenong South, VIC

We’re looking for a creative all-rounder to help shape how Enroute looks, feels and shows up.

This is a hands-on role spanning brand, social content, motion, short-form video, campaigns, website graphics and product marketing. You’ll take ideas from concept through to execution — think it, design it, produce it and ship it.

We’re especially keen to hear from early-career creatives with strong taste, ambition and curiosity. You don’t need years of agency experience. We care much more about the quality of your work, how you think, and your willingness to grow.

You’ll work flexibly between our Dandenong South office and home as part of a growing technology business.

What you'll work on

- Brand identity and graphics
- Social content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Reels and TikTok
- Short-form video and motion graphics
- Product launches and creative campaigns
- Website and promotional graphics
- Marketing collateral
- Creative concepts and campaign support
- Keeping Enroute’s product and software branding consistent

What we're looking for
- A portfolio showing strong brand, social or digital design — personal projects, university work and freelance projects absolutely count
- Strong visual instincts across typography, layout, colour and composition
- Confidence using tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
- Hands-on video editing experience with tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar




- Motion graphics or animation skills
- An understanding of designing content for different social platforms, formats and aspect ratios
- Ability to work within an existing brand while still bringing fresh ideas
- Ability to manage multiple pieces of work and deliver with minimal supervision
- Comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating across a team
- Curious about using AI tools to make creative workflows faster and better

Bonus pointsIt’s a plus — but definitely not required — if you have experience with:
- Brand guidelines or design systems
- Photography or on-site video production
- Social or campaign copywriting
- B2B software or startup marketing
- Automotive, transport or logistics

There’s deliberately no detailed brief. We want to see your creative direction, style and how you approach a blank canvas. Keep it simple — 5–10 seconds is enough.
