As Crew Leader, you’ll oversee planning, scheduling, and delivery of works to meet the works program. You’ll collaborate with the team, sharing knowledge and support to collectively deliver capital, maintenance, and customer-funded projects across overhead and underground networks.

Your New Role Will Include

- Plan, allocate and schedule work for operational crews
- Coordinate schedules to meet safety, quality, and budget targets
- Perform LV, HV, and transmission switching operations
- Oversee construction, maintenance, and faults across the power networks
- Mentor and coach team members to build technical capability

What You'll Bring

- Certificate III Electricity Supply Industry (ESI) – Distribution Powerline, or equivalent Australian Linesman Trade qualification, or Certificate III Cable Jointing
- Frontline leadership and supervisory experience, or relevant qualifications (e.g. Certificate IV in Leadership & Management)




- HR Driver’s Licence (or willingness to transfer to a WA Heavy Vehicle Licence)
- High Risk Licences: EWP, Forklift, Dogging, Rigging
- LV & HV Switching qualifications and experience
- A strong safety focus with the ability to coach and mentor others
- Excellent scheduling skills, with the flexibility to manage urgent fault work alongside planned activities.
