? We’re Hiring: Cyber Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and security-focused Cyber Security Analyst to join our growing IT and security team. The successful candidate will help protect company systems, networks, applications, and data by monitoring security events, investigating potential threats, supporting incident response, and implementing effective security controls.
? Key Responsibilities
• Monitor security alerts, logs, and network activity for potential threats and suspicious behavior.
• Investigate security incidents, vulnerabilities, and potential breaches.
• Support incident detection, response, containment, and recovery activities.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and assist with remediation efforts.
• Perform security monitoring using SIEM, endpoint security, and network monitoring tools.
• Analyze security events and identify indicators of compromise.
• Maintain and review security logs, reports, and incident documentation.
• Assist with security assessments, audits, and compliance activities.
• Support endpoint, network, cloud, and application security initiatives.
• Conduct basic threat intelligence and security research.
• Monitor emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques.
• Assist in developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams to strengthen security controls.
• Support security awareness initiatives and employee security training.
• Provide recommendations to improve the organization’s overall cybersecurity posture.
✅ Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security,
Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in cybersecurity, IT support, networking, system administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with robust cybersecurity knowledge and relevant certifications are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of network security, operating systems, authentication, and cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanning, or security monitoring tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols.
• Understanding of common cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify unusual activity.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CEH, or equivalent are an advantage.
