We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, identifying trends, creating reports, and transforming raw information into meaningful business insights that support better decision-making.

? Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data summaries.

• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within business data.

• Support senior analysts and business teams with data-driven insights.

• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, dashboards, and analytical reports.

• Assist with KPI tracking and performance monitoring.

• Conduct basic statistical analysis and interpret analytical results.

• Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting and data requirements.

• Translate business questions into data analysis and actionable insights.

• Support data visualization using charts, graphs, and interactive dashboards.

• Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies or anomalies.

• Assist in developing automated reporting and data processes.

• Maintain documentation for datasets, reports, and analytical procedures.

• Stay updated on data analytics tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

✅ Requirements





• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Fresh graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply.

• Basic knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and data visualization.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.

• Strong willingness to learn new analytical tools and technologies.
