We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-focused Data Insights Analyst to turn raw information into meaningful business insights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring data, spotting patterns, asking thoughtful questions, and transforming findings into practical recommendations.

? Key Responsibilities

- Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, opportunities, and anomalies.
- Collect, clean, organize, and validate data from different sources.
- Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate important findings.
- Monitor key business metrics and investigate unexpected changes.
- Translate business questions into structured data analysis.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation for datasets, reports, and analytical processes.
- Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, finance, and technology teams.

- Basic proficiency in SQL and data analysis concepts.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, Python, or similar analytical tools.
- Understanding of dashboards, data visualization, and reporting principles.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to investigate anomalies and identify meaningful patterns.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain insights simply.
- Organized approach to managing data and multiple analytical tasks.
