? The RoleWe are seeking a motivated Data Insights Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) to support data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and business intelligence activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and wants to develop practical analytical skills in a collaborative environment.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, clean, and validate business data.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Support business teams with data-driven analysis and recommendations.
- Track KPIs and assist with performance reporting.
- Identify data quality issues and assist with resolving discrepancies.
- Use Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis and business intelligence projects.
- Translate analytical findings into clear and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams.




- Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, reports, and analytical processes.
- Support improvements to reporting and data-analysis workflows.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and business intelligence concepts.
- Familiarity with Excel and SQL is preferred.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop new analytical skills.
- Australian work eligibility is required.
