We are seeking a motivated and analytical Data Insights Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and junior professionals who are passionate about data, business intelligence, and transforming information into meaningful insights that support better business decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within business and operational data.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Conduct business, customer, market, and operational data analysis.
- Validate datasets and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Translate analytical findings into clear and actionable business insights.
- Support teams with data-driven recommendations and performance analysis.
- Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards, analytical models, and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, operations, technology, and management teams.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and research as required.
- Maintain documentation for data sources, reports, and analytical processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical workflows.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics, and business intelligence concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with SQL is preferred.




- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong willingness to learn new analytical tools and technologies.
- Academic projects, internships, or personal data analytics projects are an advantage.
