We are seeking a motivated and analytical Data Insights Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and junior professionals who are passionate about data analysis, business intelligence, and transforming data into meaningful insights that support better business decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential business risks.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Conduct customer, sales, marketing, financial, and operational data analysis.
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Translate analytical findings into clear and actionable business recommendations.
- Support management and business teams with data-driven insights.
- Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and research projects.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT teams.
- Maintain documentation of data sources, reports, and analytical processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.

✅ Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics, and business intelligence concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL is preferred.




- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong willingness to learn new analytical tools and technologies.
- Academic projects, internships, or personal data analytics projects are an advantage.
