? We’re Hiring: Data Quality Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Quality Analyst to join our team and help ensure the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and reliability of business data.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about data, quality assurance, analytics, and improving data processes across an organization.

? Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and assess data quality across multiple systems and data sources.
- Identify inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, inconsistent, or missing data.
- Perform data validation, profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation activities.
- Develop and maintain data quality checks and monitoring processes.
- Investigate data quality issues and identify their root causes.
- Work with business and technical teams to resolve data quality problems.
- Create and maintain data quality reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Monitor data quality KPIs and identify recurring issues and trends.
- Assist in developing data quality standards, rules, and procedures.
- Validate data after system updates, migrations, integrations, and process changes.
- Document data issues, resolutions, business rules, and quality requirements.
- Support data governance and compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
- Recommend improvements to data collection, processing, and management processes.

✅ Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of data quality, data management, and data governance concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.




- Working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Python or other data analysis tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to investigate problems and identify root causes.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and business teams.
- Strong willingness to learn new data tools and technologies.
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic, internship, or data projects are welcome to apply.
