About the role
You will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of technology initiatives through effective planning, coordination and execution. Working across engineering, design, vendors and business stakeholders, you will establish fit-for-purpose delivery practices that enable teams to deliver quality outcomes in a predictable and sustainable way. You will bring structure to complex and evolving priorities, ensuring alignment between capacity, delivery commitments and strategic objectives.
You will manage risks and dependencies, improve team effectiveness and foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring technology investments translate into meaningful business value and positive member outcomes.
Key accountabilities
- Lead the planning, execution and successful delivery of technology initiatives.
- Develop and manage delivery plans, coordinating across teams, vendors and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum and value realisation.
- Provide clear delivery insights and reporting to leadership, ensuring visibility of progress, priorities and roadblocks.
- Champion agile, lean and continuous improvement practices while coaching teams to enhance delivery effectiveness.
What will you bring?
- Demonstrated experience leading Technology Delivery, with expertise across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage delivery scope, timelines, priorities and outcomes within complex environments.
- Solid stakeholder engagement, relationship management, negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience identifying, managing and mitigating delivery risks while driving predictable outcomes.
- Technical knowledge of either IT Security or Platforms would be an advantage.
- Proficiency with delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence, coupled with a passion for continuous improvement and leadership.
