Are you creative, social-media savvy and interested in using digital content to make an impact?

Multilingual Australia is looking for a Digital Content & Social Media Specialist to help grow our online presence and connect with new audiences.

You'll help bring MA's work, events, stories and community impact to life across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

What You'll Do

- Create engaging social media content, including posts, Reels and short-form videos.
- Help grow MA's presence on TikTok and reach new and younger audiences.
- Create and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Turn MA's events, community stories, partnerships and advocacy work into engaging digital content.
- Create simple graphics and visual content using tools such as Canva.
- Keep an eye on trends and suggest creative ways MA can participate in relevant conversations.
- Support occasional website content updates.
- Monitor basic engagement and help identify what content is working.

We'd Love Someone Who

- Understands TikTok, Instagram and current social media trends.
- Enjoys creating short-form video, Reels and engaging digital content.
- Has a creative eye and good communication skills.
- Is comfortable using Canva or similar tools.
- Is interested in multiculturalism,



languages, community or social impact.
- Can work independently and reliably within a flexible volunteer environment.

Experience is welcome, but enthusiasm, creativity and a willingness to learn are just as key. What's In It for You?
