- Digital Information Developer required for creating internal and external technical documentation.
- Degree or tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Degree qualified or qualified certifications in technical writing, digital communication, information design, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analysis skills.
- Aptitude for understanding new technologies, acquiring new skills, document design and information architecture.
- Plain English principles.
- Single-sourcing and content reuse.
- Source control such as Azure DevOps or GitHub
- SDLC life cycles· API reference documentation principles
- Style guides and the separation of content and style.
- Knowledge Management principles information architecture, metadata, and taxonomies.
- Information Development and UX design principles.
- MS Office templates, automation, and styles.
- Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
