Digital Print Production & Finishing

Full Time / Part Time / Short-Term Contract We’re a busy commercial print business looking for a practical, reliable person to join our production team.

This could be a outstanding fit for someone who has worked in a print production environment and enjoys a mix of hands-on production and customer service.

You don’t need to be a qualified printer. Some experience would be great, but we’re equally interested in someone with the right attitude who is keen to learn.

The Role

Your day will include a mix of:

- Digital printing
- Cutting and guillotining
- Binding, booklet making and laminating
- General print finishing
- Packing and preparing completed jobs
- Checking finished work for quality
- Keeping jobs organised and moving through production
- Serving customers at the front counter
- Helping with collections and straightforward print enquiries
- Answering occasional phone calls and providing friendly customer service

This is primarily a production and finishing role, with some front counter and customer service work as part of the day. We’ll provide training on our equipment, systems and processes.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is reliable and has a good work ethic
- Enjoys practical, hands-on work
- Has good attention to detail
- Is friendly and comfortable dealing with customers




- Is confident using computers and learning new equipment
- Works well in a busy environment
- Enjoys being part of a team
- Is happy to jump in and help get the job done

Previous experience in printing, copy centres, print finishing, signage, production or customer service would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

We're flexible about how the role is structured and are more interested in finding the right person.

Full-time salary approximately $55,000-$65,000 + super, depending on experience. Part-time arrangements would be paid on an equivalent basis.
