About Us

Square Capital is a growing financial services group with operations across investment services, cross-border payments, and private client solutions.

As the Group continues expanding its digital platforms and client-facing technologies, including the ongoing development of its securities trading and investment APP ecosystem, we are seeking a commercially minded Digital Platforms & Technology Manager to support the next phase of our digital growth and platform development initiatives.

This role will primarily focus on coordinating digital platforms, mobile application projects, technology vendors, and digital operations support across the Group.

The Role The successful candidate will work closely with management, external development teams, and internal stakeholders to support the coordination, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of the Group’s digital platforms and technology initiatives.

This is a cross-functional role suited to someone who is comfortable working across business teams, digital projects, and external technology partners within a fast-moving financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Application & Digital Platforms

- Coordinate ongoing enhancement and support activities for the Group’s mobile APP initiatives
- Assist in coordinating digital platform updates, testing activities, and release schedules
- Monitor platform-related issues and coordinate follow-up with relevant vendors and stakeholders

Vendor & Project Coordination

- Liaise with external APP developers, software vendors, and technology partners
- Coordinate project timelines, implementation activities, and deployment support
- Assist in translating business requirements into structured project deliverables and action items

Technology Operations Support

- Support day-to-day digital operations and internal technology coordination
- Assist with user access coordination and general technology administration tasks




- Work alongside internal and external support teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Continuous Improvement

- Support ongoing digital platform enhancement and operational improvement initiatives
- Assist management with coordination of new digital projects and platform initiatives
- Contribute to scalable and well-organised digital operations as the Group continues to expand

Requirements

- Experience in digital platforms, technology coordination, business applications, or IT project support
- Familiarity with websites, mobile applications, and vendor-managed technology environments
- Experience coordinating with external software developers or technology providers
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment is advantageous
- Experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or related industries is preferred

- Organised and detail-oriented approach to project and platform management
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate effectively with both business users and external technology teams
