We’re looking for a technically minded, organised, and client-focused Digital Project Manager to join our growing digital agency team.

This role suits someone who’s confident managing multiple rapid-moving projects, communicates clearly with clients, and understands how modern websites are built and delivered. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end project delivery across Magento, WordPress/WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Shopify and mobile apps.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage digital projects from kick-off through to launch and post-go-live support
- Work directly with clients to define scope, timelines, and expectations
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and delivery milestones
- Coordinate developers, designers, and QA to keep projects on track
- Run regular status updates and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
- Proactively identify risks, manage changes, and resolve issues
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and accountability
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard





What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience as a Digital Project Manager in an agency environment
- Hands-on experience delivering projects on Magento, WordPress/WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Shopify/Plus
- Strong understanding of web development workflows and digital delivery
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with clients and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Basecamp, or similar)
