Holding Hands Early Learning is seeking a reliable, experienced, and passionate Educator to join their warm, supportive, and professional team. You will work alongside a dedicated team supporting children aged 12 months to 5 years across two learning environments - Preschool (3-5 years) and Early Learning (12 months - 3 years).
Key responsibilities
- Support children aged 12 months to 5 years in a nurturing, inclusive and empowering environment
- Contribute to the planning cycle, including observations, programming, and evaluation of children's learning experiences
- Demonstrate high quality practice aligning with EYLF and NQS
- Communicate and engage positively with children and families
- Work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and willingness to support others
About you
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or CERT3 candidates willing to work towards a Diploma qualification)
- Minimum of 12 months experience working in an ECEC setting with children 0-5 years
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Police check (have or willing to obtain)
- Child Protection CHCPRT025 certificate
- National Child Safety Training certificate (geccko)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
- Positive, proactive approach and genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Flexibility with rostering
