Role Description The Educational Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Melbourne Area. This position is responsible for advising prospective students on suitable education pathways in Australia, including course selection, institution options, and entry requirements aligned with their academic background and migration goals. The consultant conducts one-on-one consultations, assesses client profiles, explains relevant migration and education policies, and prepares documentation to support applications.

Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, maintaining detailed case records, coordinating with migration agents,



and following up with clients throughout the admission and visa process. The role also involves participating in information sessions, building relationships with educational providers, and contributing to continuous improvement of consulting processes and materials.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Educational Consulting and Education skills, with the ability to advise on courses, institutions, and study pathways.
- Candidates should possess solid Consulting skills, including needs assessment, solution recommendation, and structured guidance for clients.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex information clearly and accurately.
- Candidates should possess high-quality Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and professionalism.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in education, counseling, social sciences, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in international education, migration services, or student advising in the Australian context is highly beneficial.
- Robust attention to detail, ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, and proficiency with office software and CRM tools are desirable.
- Knowledge of Australian education systems and basic understanding of migration processes is an advantage.
