Tasks & Responsibilities

· Proactively seek potential client via social media

· Build and manage a pipeline of qualified clients

· Being in charge of counselling students by asking key questions, proactively listening to their needs and helping them make the most suitable decision for their study options

· Process applications for international students: ELICOS, VET, College and University (This includes course-related requests, including extension, deferrals, and cancellations.)

· Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of the student's application, including documents, under the CRM

· Communicate with partner institutions to inquire about or follow up with students’ application

· Attend professional training and industry event from institutions or the company

· Update and report weekly, monthly & quarterly application process to the manager

· Liaise with other colleagues to help promote our brand and company to international students

Assist in brand localization for Philippines audiences
