Role Description This part-time remote eLearning Developer / LMS Administrator role at HabiSite | Arquitectura con Propósito focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining digital learning experiences. The role involves creating interactive eLearning modules, configuring and managing the Learning Management System (LMS), and ensuring courses are properly deployed, tracked, and updated.

Responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts to translate content into effective learning materials, applying instructional design principles, and aligning training resources with organizational goals. The role also involves troubleshooting user issues within the LMS, monitoring learner progress and analytics, and optimizing courses for usability, accessibility, and SCORM compliance. The individual will continuously refine content based on feedback and performance data to improve learner engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in e-learning development and SCORM packaging to create, publish, and maintain interactive online courses.




- Experience in instructional design and training & development to structure effective, learner-centered content and curricula.
- Proficiency in learning management and LMS administration, including course setup, user management, reporting, and system configuration.
- Familiarity with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or similar) and basic multimedia editing.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills for working with subject matter experts and stakeholders in a multicultural context.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in digital learning; experience in architecture, design, or related fields is a plus.

- Relevant education or certification in instructional design, educational technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
