Westpac Group in Australia is seeking an Indigenous Call Centre Support to assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customers with everyday banking enquiries, building genuine connections with sensitivity and respect. You will take ownership of requests, provide banking solutions to existing and direct clients, and work onsite at Bedford Park and Parramatta offices with 9:00 AM–6:30 PM hours.

Commencements are 18 September 2026 or 25 September 2026, and we value community impact, coaching
