Requirements
- Valid RII tickets for Excavator and Dozer operations
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience operating excavators and dozers in civil or bulk earthworks
- Current Construction White Card
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Must be physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol test
- Good communicator and a reliable team player
- Strong commitment to safety and high-quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Secure and efficient operation of Excavators and Dozers for bulk earthworks, trenching, and site preparation
- Conduct thorough daily pre-start checks and routine operator maintenance on machinery
- Follow strict safety requirements, SWMS, and site protocols
- Read and interpret site plans, working closely with surveyors and ground crews
- Assist with general civil labouring duties as required by the site manager
- Coordinate with the production and civil teams to maintain workflow and meet project deadlines
