Experienced Childcare Director | Full-Time | Moorebank, NSW

Munchkin Manor is a family-owned and operated early learning centre in Moorebank, and we are looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Director to join our team.

We are seeking a confident leader who is passionate about early childhood education, enjoys building strong relationships with families and educators, and is committed to creating a warm, nurturing and high-quality environment for children.

About the Role

As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the service, ensuring the centre operates to a high standard while meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, supporting and mentoring a team of educators

Overseeing the daily operations of the centre

Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standards

Building positive and trusting relationships with children, families and educators

Supporting the educational program and ensuring high-quality outcomes for children

Managing staffing, rosters and day-to-day operational requirements

Maintaining strong enrolment, family engagement and retention

Overseeing centre policies, procedures, documentation and compliance

Preparing for and participating in regulatory and assessment processes

Creating a positive, inclusive and welcoming centre culture





- Working closely with management/owners to achieve the centre’s goals

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience as a Childcare/Centre Director or Assistant Director

Has strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and National Regulations

Holds an approved Early Childhood qualification

Has excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

Is confident managing a team and handling day-to-day challenges

Builds genuine relationships with families and children

Is professional, approachable, reliable and highly organised

Has a strong understanding of compliance and centre operations

Is passionate about providing exceptional early learning experiences

Takes pride in creating a warm, family-oriented environment
