We are recruiting two positions: an ECT role and an educator role.

ROOM LEADER – Kindergarten Program - full-time

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and confident Room Leader. This leadership role requires someone who can guide a team, deliver a high‑quality kinder program, and model best practice in child safety, curriculum, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the room and mentor educators in daily practice

- Develop and deliver a rich, play‑based kindergarten program aligned with the VEYLDF

- Oversee documentation, planning cycles, and assessments

- Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the community

- Ensure compliance with NQS, centre policies, and regulatory requirements

- Champion Child Safe Standards and ensure all educators maintain professional boundaries

- Respond appropriately to disclosures, concerns, or risks and follow reporting procedures

- Promote a positive, collaborative team culture

- Minimum three years experience

What We’re Looking For

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification (ACECQA‑approved)

- Full ECT registration





- Experience leading a room or kindergarten program

- Strong understanding of VEYLDF, EYLF, and NQS

- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills

- Confidence in curriculum planning and documentation

- Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis

- Demonstrated commitment to Child Secure Standards and ethical leadership

Assistant Educator / Educator - Casual to begin with

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment

- Build positive, professional relationships with families

- Contribute to documentation, observations, and children’s learning portfolios

- Support daily routines, transitions, and wellbeing practices

- Actively uphold Child Safe Standards, professional boundaries, and reporting obligations

- Identify and respond to risks, disclosures, or safety concerns in accordance with centre policy

What We’re Looking For

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (ACECQA‑approved)

- Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education

- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude

- Commitment to Child Safe practices, including maintaining professional boundaries and reporting concerns promptly
