Advance Cutting is looking for Experienced Concrete Cutting Operators AND Trainee Concrete Cutting Operators to join our growing team based in Yennora.

EXPERIENCED CONCRETE CUTTING OPERATORS
We are looking for experienced operators who are confident working independently and have experience with a range of concrete cutting and drilling equipment.
About the Role
- Operating concrete cutting and drilling equipment including hand saws, road saws, wall saws and core drills
- Performing accurate cutting and drilling of concrete, asphalt and other materials
- Working across residential, commercial and industrial sites
- Reading and interpreting job plans and specifications
- Completing work safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintaining tools, machinery and company vehicles
- Communicating professionally with supervisors, clients and other trades on site
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year concrete cutting experience
- Experience operating a range of concrete cutting and drilling equipment
- White Card
- Valid Australian driver’s licence – manual preferred
- Strong understanding of workplace safety requirements
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
TRAINEE CONCRETE CUTTING OPERATORS No concrete cutting experience necessary.
We’re also looking for motivated people who want to learn the concrete cutting industry and develop a long-term career.
You’ll work alongside experienced operators and receive on-the-job training in concrete cutting and drilling equipment, techniques and site procedures.

- Reliable and willing to learn
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable with physically demanding, hands-on work
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- White Card, or willing to obtain one
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Safety-focused and punctual
- Previous construction or labouring experience is an advantage but not essential
